Solution
Average of five consecutive odd numbers when $$(S=1)$$ = $$\frac{1+3+5+7+9}{5}=\frac{25}{5}=5$$
(A) : (1 $ 20) # 5
=> $$(1+20)\div5=\frac{21}{5}=4.2$$
(B) : 16 # 5 $ 1
=> $$16\div5+1=3.2+1=4.2$$
(C) : (20 $ 1) # 5
=> $$(20+1)\div5=\frac{21}{5}=4.2$$
Thus, none of the statements is equal to '5'.
