2, 13, 35, 68, 112, ?

Solution

Let the missing number be y

here a pattern is forming

13 - 2 = 11

35 - 13 = 22

68 - 35 = 33

112 - 68 = 44

As we can see that the difference between consecutive terms is of form (11 x n) and is increasing with the integral value of n = (1, 2, 3, 4, ...)

So , y - 112 = 55

y = 167
