Solution
Angle subtended by spent on football = 54
Angle subtended by spent on cricket = 81
=> % less spent on football than that on cricket = $$\frac{81-54}{81}$$ * 100
= $$\frac{100}{3}$$ = 33$$\frac{1}{3}$$%
