If in 2005, only 60% of the average productivity were attained, then the total paddy production of Hamirpur would be

Average productivity = 2.5 tonnes/acre
Now, 60% of average productivity = $$\frac{60}{100} * 2.5$$ = 1.5 tonnes/acre
