Question 13

If $$2\times2=16, 2\times3=36, 2\times4=64$$, then $$2\times6=?$$

Solution

Given, 2 x 2 = 16

Here first the two digits are multiplied then the resultant is squared.

2 x 2 = 4 and square of 4 is 16

Following the same pattern we get,

2 x 3 = 36 (square of 6)

2 x 4 = 64 (square of 8)

2 x 6 = 144 (square of 12)

Hence, option D is the correct answer.
