The table given below shows the number of students studying in five colleges in the given five years.
Study the table carefully and answer the questions.
If in year 2011, in college N 80% of the total students appeared in a exam, out of which 50% students passed, then how many students passed the exam ?
Number of students in college N in 2011 = 390
=> Number of students who appeared in exam = $$\frac{80}{100}\times390=312$$
=> Number of students who passed the exam = $$\frac{50}{100}\times312=156$$
=> Ans - (C)
