Let radius of circle be 'r' meters.
$${\pi}\times{r^{2}}=1386$$.
$$r=21$$m.
Circumference of circle = $$2\times{\pi}\times{r}$$.
=132 meters.
Cost of fencing = $$132\times5$$.
=Rs. 660.
