Solution

Let the total revenue earned by central government = R

According to the problem

$$9\ \%$$ of R = $$x\times\ 41\%$$ of R

$$=$$> $$\ \frac{\ 9}{100}\times\ R=x\times\frac{\ 41}{100}\times\ R$$

$$=$$> $$x=\ \frac{\ 9}{41}$$

Hence, option C is correct answer
