What is the respective ratio between the number of female students from Karnataka and the number of male students from the same state ?

Solution

Total number of students from Karanataka= 13% of 8000= 1040

Total number of female students from Karanatak= 10% of 3500=350

Total no. of male students=1040-350= 690

Hence, the ratio = 350/690=35/69
