If all the consonants starting from B are given sequentially the value of even numbers such as B=2, C=4, and all the vowels are given the value of 5 each then what will be the value of the letters of the word CUSTOM ?

Solution

As per the rules value of C = 4
U= 5
S= 2*(19-4) = 30 {S position is 19th, but there will be 4 vowels in between so 19 - 4}
T= 32
O= 5
M= 2*(13-3) = 20
So the value of CUSTOM is, 4+30+32+20+10 = 96
