given that the number of days for individual require are = 7,14 and 28 days respectively
then the total work is LCM of all of them = 56
each have individual efficiency = 56\7 , 56\14, and 56\28 = 8 , 4 and 2
so they together finish the work = 56\(8+4+2) = 4 days
