RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Services Board released the notification for the recruitment of RBI Grade-B officers for DR, DEPR and DSIM in Common security group (CSG) streams. The exam will be in two phases, phase-1 and phase-2. The final round will be interview.

The applicants of DR (General) should be a graduate and should have attained minimum marks of 60% for general category and 50% in case of SC/ST/PWD or its equivalent grades in their bachelor’s degree, 12th/Diploma and in 10th standard.
For the DEPR and DSIM posts the applicants should have a master’s degree in any of the specified courses and should have the minimum marks of 55% for General category applicants and a minimum of 50% for SC/ST/PWD category applicants in their master’s degree.
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on the 1st of January 2020. For M.Phil and Ph.D. candidates the upper age limit is 32 and 34 years respectively.
The age relaxation will allowed up to a maximum of five years for candidates belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe if the posts are reserved for them. The age relaxation, up to a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates if the posts are reserved for them.

Selected candidates will get a starting basic pay of Rs. 35,150/- p.m and also they will be eligible for other allowances like Dearness allowance, Local allowance, House rent allowance, Family allowance etc., At present the initial Gross monthly emoluments are about Rs. 75,831/-
