Let the speed of the train be x kmph.
Speed of the man = 10 kmph
Relative speed = (x+10) kmph
$$(x+10)\times\dfrac{4}{60\times60} = \dfrac{400}{1000}$$
$$(x+10) = 360$$
$$x= 350$$
Hence, Speed of the train = 350 kmph.
