Let yash sold x kg vegetables.
Loss incurred = 10%
Total loss incurred = Rs. 144
Total loss = 10% = 144
Total cost price = 100% = 1440
Selling price of vegetables per kg = Rs.40
0.9 × cost price = 40
costprice=40×(10/9)=400/9.
x = 1440 ÷ (400 / 9)
x = 32.40 kg
