after the problem figure, if the sequence were continued ?

Here, there are two distinct pattern followed.
1. The horizontal row shifts upward by one place.
2. There is flipping of first and second digit of the row with third anf fourth of the digit in next figure. Also, there is flipping between the two in sucessive figures.
Only figure (3) follows this pattern. Hence, the correct answer is option C.
