If 3 boys and 3 girls can complete a task in $$\frac{6}{5}$$ hours.

So if 1 boy and 1 girl decide to complete it then the work will take more time as number of people doing the job is less.

So 1 B + 1G = $$\frac{6}{5}\times 3 = \frac{18}{5}$$

Option A is correct.
