Solution

Number of students (both males and females) who have enrolled for Spanish class in institute R

= 800 - 320 = 480

Number of students (both males and females) who have enrolled for Spanish class in institute T

= 480 - 210 = 270

=> Required ratio = $$\frac{480}{270}$$

= 16 : 9
