Solution

Budget estimated on clothing =(8/100)*32000 = 2560

Budget estimated on grocery = (20/100)*32000 = 6400

Total = 2560 + 6400 = 8960

Total % sum on clothing and grocery = 8+20 = 28%

Estimated budget on both = (28/100)*32000 = 8960
