35% of an alloy was silver. If in the quantity of alloy there was 119 g of silver, what was
the quantity of the other elements in the alloy?

It is given that 35% of alloy consists of silver and silver is 119 grams

and so 65% of alloy consists of another element and so 65*119/35

=221 grams
