In costly, C becomes F (+3 in alphabetical series) and O becomes M (-2)

S becomes V (+3) and T becomes R (-2)

L becomes O (+3) and Y becomes W (-2)

Inversing the order, it becomes WORVMF

Similarly, Praise becomes CVGDPS.

and soccer becomes PHAFMV
