In the following questions, the symbols @, ©. $, % and * are used with the following meaning as illustrated below ‘P ©Q’ means ‘P is not greater than Q.. ‘P % Q’ means ‘P is not smaller than Q’. ‘P * Q’ means ‘P is neither smaller than nor equal to Q’. ‘P @ Q’ means P is neither greater than nor equal to Q’. ‘P$ Q’ means ‘P is neither greater than nor smaller than Q’.
Now in each of the following questions assuming the given statements to be true, find which of the two conclusions I and II given below them is/ are definitely true ?
a: if only Conclusion 1 is true.
b: if only Conclusion II is true.
c: if either Conclusion I or II is true.
d: if neither Conclusion I nor II is true.
e: if both Conclusions I and li are true.

Question 227

# Statements :H © W, W $M, M @ BConclusions:I. B * HII. M % H Solution the statements with their explanations are as follows: H © W: $$\leq$$ {H}{W} W$ M:W=M
M @ B:M<B
therefore the complete equation be: {H}$$\leq$${W} =M<B.

conclusion I:. B * H: B>H, which is true as can be seen in the given equation
conclusion II: M % H:M>=H which is also true as can be seen in the equation.
since both the conclusions can be true simultaneously therefore the answer is option E.
