The first set of three figures follows a pattern. In similar way the second set of the three figures, trhe same pattern will be followed.

The star in first set of last two figures shifts from top middle to right middle. Similarly, the C will follow trend in answer figure.

Also, square moves from bottom right corner to top right corner. Similarly, U will follow the pattern.

Hence, E is correct option.
