If each of the digits is arranged in ascending order within the number, the arrangement will be :

591 $$\Leftrightarrow$$ 159

462 $$\Leftrightarrow$$ 246

318 $$\Leftrightarrow$$ 138

675 $$\Leftrightarrow$$ 567

924 $$\Leftrightarrow$$ 249

Since, 567 is the highest number which is equivalent to 675.
