`education difficult in villages’ is written as ‘xq cg pr ka’
(All codes are two letter codes only)
Solution
From statements 1 and 2, there is only one common word which is 'for = ze'
Similarly, from statements 2 & 3, the code of common word 'find = dl'
Now, in statement 2, two words are left, i.e. 'measure' and 'problems' coded as 'wz' or 'ho' interchangeably.
Thus, 'ho' stands for either 'measure' or 'problems'
