4 (+1) = 5
9 (-3) = 6
7 (-3) = 4
2 (+1) = 3
8 (+1) = 9
6 (+1) = 7
3 (-3) = 0
Now, 5643970 when arranged in ascending order becomes = 0345679
Digit exactly in the middle = 5
