II. Yes, the USA has few holidays in a calendar year.
Argument 1 says that we can not afford to lose so many working days as at present. But this is not backed by any reasoning. Thus it is incorrect.
Argument 2 says that the USA has few holidays in a calendar year but it does not mention the number of holidays at all. Thus it is also incorrect.
