Here, there is a peculiar pattern followed. Horizontal row remains on the same level for two consecutive figures.
The numbers first change sides and then get interchanged.
In the last two figures preceeding answer figures the horizontal line was on the bottom level. It will be on penultimate bottom level in the next figure. Also the numbers will shift to the other side.
Only figure (1) follows this pattern.
Hence, the correct option is option A.
