As 9 women takes 19 days to complete a piece of work , then let say that 18 women will take a days to complete the same work.

using $$\frac{M1D1}{W1}=\frac{M2D2}{W2}$$

$$\frac{9\times19}{W}=\frac{18D2}{W}$$

Days required = 9.5 days

Hence option E is correct
