Solution

Total number of lions in 2000 in :

South Africa = 135

China = 325

Sri Lanka = 345

England = 267

=> Total number of lions = 135 + 325 + 345 + 267 = 1072

$$\therefore$$ Three-fourth of the total number of lions in the grassland of all the four countries in the year 2000 together

= $$\frac{3}{4} \times 1072 = 804$$
