Vowels are replaced by next letters, i.e. A is replaced by B , E is replaced by F , I is replaced by J and so on.

Consonants are replaced by previous letter, i.e. B is replaced by A , C is replaced by B , D is replaced by C and so on.

=> New Word = FKBCJPKVR

There is no vowel present in the new arrangement.
