Total marks obtained by student P in Maths = 40 + 30 + 45 + 20 + 35 = 170

Marks scored by student R in subject :

Maths = 30 + 36 + 40 + 45 + 40 = 191

Science = 48 + 46 + 31 + 40 + 80 = 245

History = 35 + 45 + 40 + 30 + 35 = 185

Geography = 25 + 35 + 48 + 37 + 25 = 170

=> Average marks of R in Geography = $$\frac{170}{5}=34$$
