What is the cost of flooring a rectangular hall?
Statements:
I.The length of the rectangle is 6 metres.
II.The breadth of the rectangle is two-third of its length.
III.The cost of flooring the area of 100 $$cm^{2}$$ is rs 45

Solution

Let Length be L and Breadth be B.

Now, from I, L=6m

from II, B=(2/3)L= 4m

Area=L*B=240000cm2 = 240000*.45=10800

Hence, data from I, II and III helps us to give the answer.

Correct option is C
