You have to assume everything in the statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts and then decide which of the four given conclusions logically follows from the statements disregarding commonly known facts and select the appropriate answer.

No alphabet is a vowel.
All consonants are vowels
Conclusions:
I. No digits is a vowel.
II. No alphabet is a consonant.
III. No vowel is a number.
IV. All vowels are numbers.
