JIPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2026
The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) provides post-secondary school-level candidates wishing to enter a 5-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Jammu or IIM Bodh Gaya access to an academic degree through the JIPMAT Exam. The key for you to understand when preparing your application is eligibility.
JIPMAT is run by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. All Test Subjects are tested with equal difficulty levels throughout JIPMAT, for example, the same test is administered across the institutions. In contrast to the other subjects that one takes to apply to an institution, a difference exists between the eligibility criteria for the years of passing Class 10 and 12.
The eligibility criteria for the JIPMAT 2026 are based on three components:
- Academic Qualifications (Minimum Percentage of aggregate marks in Class 10 & 12)
- Year of Passing
- Reservation Status (Applying to specific individuals).
This article gives detailed information about JIPMAT eligibility criteria 2026 which includes age limit, qualification requirements, reservation criteria, eligibility for IIM Jammu and Bodh Gaya and stream requirement for the JIPMAT exam
JIPMAT Age Limit 2026
IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu set no upper age limits for JIPMAT Test, because eligibility is based on the Year graduated high school and/or years since high school graduation. Therefore, if you graduated from high school in 2024, 2025 or 2026 then you may be eligible to sit the JIPMAT Test; irrespective of how old you are in terms of biological age.
