The Fee structure for the MBA phase (Year 4 and Year 5):

Once an IPM student clears the 3 years BBA curriculum of the institute and proceeds toward the 4th year (Year 4) the student becomes a post graduate student.

Rule for MBA Phase fees: In the case of IPM 2026-31 Batch, they will pay the same fee for Tuition and Hostel Fees as the Fees for the MBA 2029-31 batch. The present fee benchmark for the flagship two-year MBA at IIM Bodh Gaya is in the range of Rs.17.96 Lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakhs.

  • Digital & Physical Library Access: World-renowned databases that students are provided access to which includes EBSCO, Bloomberg Terminal, Emerald, ScienceDirect, JSTOR.
  • Course Materials: Physical textbook and custom developed study notes, supplemented by licensed case studies for a variety of disciplines like from the Harvard Business Publishing and IIM Case Centre.
  • IT Infrastructure: Students can have access to Wi-Fi in their accommodation on campus as well as within campus. Cloud Computing Access, use of Learning Management System (LMS), use of software packages, and licensed resources are also accounted for here.

3. Hostel Accommodation Rent (Rs.25,000 per Semester)

The program is a 100% residential one. All students reside in the hostels within the campus the cost of which is paid through this payment for rooms with shared(twin)/ single occupancy, equipped with quality beds and furniture, study space and water purifiers along with high speed internet services on premises.

4. Student Activity Fee (Rs.10,000 per semester / Semester 2-6)

To provide all the benefits to students the various co-curricular activities that may not be offered in the curriculum like a variety of clubs (sports, literary, cultural clubs such as those focused on analytics, Finance, Marketing etc.), management fests, etc. Are all financed with this. Full Amount Adjusted with Term 1 Fees: There will be no additional costs as the whole payment made towards IIM Bodh Gaya commitment fee shall be adjusted with Semester 1’sTotal Fee at the time of Physical Registration on campus.

Refund Policy: The commitment fees shall be refunded to the candidate less processing charges of Rs.1000/- according to UGC / Ministry of education guidelines, if student cancels his/her admission offer on or before the official withdrawal date declared by the Institute. If withdrawn after the deadline, NO refund of Offer Acceptance Fee will be made
