Christ CUET Notification 2026

If you are planning to join CHRIST (Deemed to be University) for an undergraduate course in 2027, the admission process starts with the online application. Christ University offers UG programmes across areas such as management, commerce, humanities, sciences, law, engineering and more.

For programmes that require an Entrance Test, you will have to appear for the university’s online Entrance Test followed by the applicable selection stages. Depending on the programme, the selection process can include a Skill Assessment (SA), Micro Presentation (MP) and Personal Interview (PI). Some programmes follow a non-Entrance Test route. The Christ CUET 2026 notification is relevant for students applying for the 2027 admission session. As per the schedule provided by the university, applications open on October 5, 2026, at 2 PM.

The university lists multiple campuses and cities for these stages, including Bengaluru campuses, Delhi NCR, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad-area applicants' nearby options such as Visakhapatnam, and several other cities.

Students should check their individual admit card carefully because the date, time and venue assigned to them will be important.

Christ CUET Eligibility Criteria 2026

There is no single eligibility percentage for every CHRIST University UG programme. The requirement depends on the course you want to apply for.

For example, a number of UG programmes accept candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent +2 examination from a recognised board. However, certain courses ask for specific subjects or minimum marks.

A current CHRIST University UG programme page, for instance, specifies Class 12 eligibility from recognised boards such as Karnataka PUC, ISC, CBSE, NIOS and State Boards. Another programme may require a particular combination of subjects or a minimum aggregate.

So, before applying, check these points:

  • Class 12 qualification: You generally need to pass the qualifying +2 examination.
  • Minimum marks: The required percentage depends on the programme.
  • Subject requirements: Courses such as BTech may require Physics and Mathematics along with specified subjects.
  • Board: Recognised Indian boards are accepted, subject to the programme rules.
  • Class 12 appearing candidates: Students appearing for their Class 12 examinations can also apply where the programme permits it.
  • International curriculum: Students following IB, GCE/Edexcel or another international curriculum must satisfy the relevant AIU requirements.

For example, CHRIST's current BTech CSE-AI/ML eligibility requires Physics and Mathematics at +2 level, along with a specified subject combination and minimum marks.

Therefore, do not assume that meeting the eligibility for BBA automatically makes you eligible for BTech, BCA or another programme. Always check the exact course page.

Christ CUET 2026 Application Form?

The Christ CUET 2026 application form is available online through the official CHRIST University admission portal. There is no offline application route.

You can complete the application in the following steps:

Step 1: Create your registration

Visit the official CHRIST University application portal and create a one-time Registration ID.

You will need to enter details such as:

  • Name as given on your Class 10 certificate
  • Date of birth
  • Valid email ID
  • Mobile number
  • WhatsApp number
  • Password

An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number and email address for verification. Be careful while entering your name and date of birth because the university says these details cannot be edited later.

Step 2: Select your programme and campus

Log in using your registered email ID and password. Select the UG programme and campus you want to apply for.

If the programme provides campus or other preferences, check them carefully before submitting. Once the application number is generated, requests to change the programme, campus, date or venue may not be accepted.

Step 3: Fill in your personal and academic details

Enter your address, parent or guardian details, educational information and other required details.

You can also enter sports achievements and extracurricular activities, if applicable.

Students currently in Class 12 can apply with the marks available to them, as permitted by the university's instructions.

Step 4: Upload your photograph and marks documents

The current UG application instructions specify a formal photograph measuring 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, with a white background and a maximum file size of 100 KB. The university also asks applicants to upload clear academic documents.

Check every uploaded document before moving ahead. Unclear or missing marks documents can result in the application being treated as not eligible.

Step 5: Choose your selection process details

If you are applying to an Entrance Test programme, you will need to select the relevant online Entrance Test date and the venue for the later SA, MP and PI stages.

For a Non-Entrance Test programme, you will select the applicable selection process date and venue.

Check the dates before making your selection because the university states that requests to change the selected date or venue will not be entertained.

Step 6: Pay the application fee

The application fee varies according to the programme and can be up to ₹1,800. The university accepts payment through Net Banking, credit card, debit card or UPI.

Once successful payment is completed, a 9-digit application number is generated. Save this number because you will need it to track your application and admission updates.

The application fee is non-refundable once the application number has been generated. If a technical payment failure occurs and no application number is generated, the university says a deducted amount is automatically refunded within 15 business days.
