Of the options presented, each pair contains the word 'jealousy' in it. We need to find a pair that has a word that is a synonym of jealousy .

From envy(option A), lust(option B), secure (option C), romance(Option D), only envy is synonymous with jealousy, as both envy and jealousy imply resentment or covetousness. Lust means a strong desire, secure means safe and romance is the act of loving someone , none of which are related to jealousy.

Hence, option A is the correct answer.
