IIMB UG Syllabus

- Mathematics: Calculus, Matrices & Determinants, Set Theory, Statistics & Probability, Arithmetic, Algebra, and Geometry, covering topics typically taught in NCERT Class X, XI, and XII.

IIMB UG Sectional Timings
The entrance exam will have sectional timings and sectional cut-offs, ensuring that candidates perform well in each section of the test. This format ensures a balanced assessment of a candidate’s skills.
IIMB UG Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the IIMB UG program, applicants must have studied mathematics in Class X, XI, and XII, with applied mathematics also being acceptable. For students from IB and IGCSE boards, predicted grades can be submitted if final results are unavailable at the time of admission. NRIs and OCIs are also encouraged to apply.

IIMB UG Admit Card
Admit cards for the IIMB UG entrance exam will be available for download starting November 27, 2025. The examination centers will be allocated based on the volume of applicants from various locations.
IIMB UG Mock Test
To help students prepare for the exam, IIMB will provide an official mock test starting from December 3rd, 2025. The mock test will feature an on-screen calculator for convenience.

IIMB UG Application Form
Applicants are required to submit their application form only after paying the fees. The admissions team has highlighted that many applicants are abandoning the form after completing the fee payment. Some application details can be corrected between November 19th-20th.

IIMB UG Fees
The annual fee for the IIMB UG program is ₹8.5 lakhs, which includes hostel charges, but excludes mess charges. A slight increase in fees is expected in the third and fourth years.

IIMB UG Scholarships
IIMB offers need-based scholarships for deserving students. Additionally, there will be category-based fee concessions to ensure that financial constraints do not deter talented students from pursuing their education at IIMB.
IIMB UG Loans
The institute will assist students in obtaining loans from local banks or branches, facilitating financial aid for those who require it.
IIMB UG Internships
Over the course of the four-year program, students will participate in three internships, with support from the institute in securing opportunities.
IIMB UG Campus
The IIMB UG campus is still under development, with the project expected to be fully completed by 2028. Initially, students will be accommodated in 2-sharing rooms. As a residential program, no options will be available for day scholars.
IIMB UG Reservation
As per Government of India norms, reservations will apply. However, no seats are reserved for NRIs or OCIs in the program.
IIMB UG Interview Shortlisting
Approximately 500 students will be shortlisted for interviews, which will be based on the entrance exam scores. The interview will focus on:

- Extracurricular and co-curricular achievements.
Interview dates will be scheduled to avoid clashes with JEE Mains dates, and interviews will be conducted in four metro cities, with preferences accommodated wherever possible.
IIMB UG Majors
Students will have the flexibility to switch majors during the course, provided there is seat availability and they meet the qualifying criteria.
IIMB UG Exits
Students have the option to exit after the third year, earning a BSc degree. Those who complete the entire four-year program will receive a BSc Honors degree. However, there will be no integrated MBA pathway available.
IIMB UG Placements
While IIMB will assist in securing placements, it does not guarantee employment for students. The placement assistance program will focus on offering opportunities to students based on their academic performance and skills.
IIMB UG Exchange Program
The UG program is expected to offer exchange programs with partner institutions, providing valuable international exposure. This program is still under development, but it is an exciting future opportunity for students
