Question 63

A man walks 5 km toward south and then turns to the right. After walking 3 km he turns to the left and walks 5 km. Now in which direction is he from the starting place?

A man walks 5 km to south.
Then turning right means moving towards West for 3 km.
Again turning left means moving towards South another 5km.

Therefore, the man is effectively at 10 km south and 3 km west . Hence it is a South-West direction.
