Solution
The question was NOT CONSIDERED in the final marks counting. The overall marks of the paper were reduced.
Number of students participated in Toy-making = 30% of 40 = 12
Number of students who did not participate in Toy-making = 40 - 12 = 28.
But this option was not there. Thus, this was cancelled.
