According to question,

A and B play football

D is a boxer

So, C must be a cricketer.

So, in total A,B,C,D play 3 games

Also, A and B study Mathematics. One of them studies Physics (say A). Now C being a cricketer studies Chemistry and Biology. Also, D(boxer) studies Mathematics and Accounts.

So, in total A,B,C,D study 5 subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Accounts.

So, overall they play 3 games and study 5 subjects.

So, option D is the correct answer.
