No Twitter is Facebook.

Conclusions:
(I) Some WhatsApp are Google is a possibility.
(II) Some Twitter can never be Facebook.

It is given that Some google is twitter .
No twitter is facebook but all facebook are whatsapp .

The above implies that , though No twitter is facebook , some twitter could be whatsapp which is a possibility. And given some google is twitter implies there could be some google which is part of twitter and the same part being an inclusion in whatsapp . Hence conclusion I - Some whatsapp are google is a possibility.

Conclusion II : some twitter can never be facebook is also true because it is given that twitter and facebook are exclusive sets in the statements .

Therefore, both Conclusion I & II follows.
