We are given the series as : 15, 18, 17, 21, 20, 25, 24, 30, 29

If we pair them, we get: 15, 18), (17, 21), (20, 25), (24, 30), (29, ?)

1st pair: 15 → 18  (Adding 3)

2nd pair: 17 → 21 (Adding 4)

3rd pair: 20 → 25 (Adding 5)

4th pair: 24 → 30 (Adding 6)

5th pair: 29 → ? 

Following the pattern, we should add 7 to get the other number in the 5th pair. 

Hence, the missing number is 29+7 = 36

We are given the series as: 2, 12, 30, 56, 90

The pattern being followed here is:

2 = 1*2

12 = 3*4

30 = 5*6

56 = 7*8

90 = 9*10

So, the next term should be 11*12, i.e. 132

The formula to calculate the angle is:  Angle = |30H−5.5M| where H is the hour and M is the minute.

(I): 7:15 

For 7:15, with H=7 and M=15

Angle = |30(7) - 5.5(15)| = |210 - 82.5| = 127.5

(II) 9:15

For 9:15, with H=9 and M=15:

Angle = |30(9) - 5.5(15)| = |270 - 82.5| = 187.5°

(III) 4:30

For 4:30, with H=4 and M=30:

Angle = |30(4) - 5.5(30)| = |120 - 165| = 45°

(IV) 2:30

For 2:30, with H=2 and M=30:

Angle = |30(2) - 5.5(30)| = |60 - 165| = 105°

A clock is a full circle: 360 degrees

The hour hand completes one full circle in 12 hours.

So, the hour hand moves: 360/12 = 30 degrees per hour. 

Number of hours the hour hand moves to cover 135 degrees : 135/30 = 4.5 hours.

Add 4.5 hours to 3:00 p.m. = 7:30 p.m.

1. Starts at home and uns 150 meters south

So, now he's 150 m south of his house.

2. Turns left (from south → left is east) and runs 300 meters East

3. Turns left again (from East → left is North) and runs 350 meters north

4. Turns right (from north → right is East and uns 50 meters east

1. Electronics book is just above the Chemistry book. So we have

But the first case is invalid because according to the first statement, the book immediately below the Electronics book is Chemistry, so it can't be Botany. Hence, the arrangement possible is:

Now, if we notice in statement 2, there can't be a statistics book below Commerce, as we know there is a Botany book. Hence, Case 1 is eliminated. The final arrangement is:

According to statements 3 and 4, we are directly told that P is from Bombay and he plays either Chess or Tennis.

From Statement 5, the person who plays Tennis is from Jaipur. 

With the above statements, we can say that P plays Chess because he is from Bombay and not Jaipur. 

From statement 2, Q plays Football or Chess. But Chess is already taken by P, so Q plays Football

From statement 1, neither S nor the Calcutta person plays Cricket. So Cricket is played by either P, Q, or R, but not S or a Calcutta person

P plays Chess and Q plays Football. So, Cricket must be played by R.

Now only one game left: Tennis, which must be played by S. And from statement 5, the person who plays Tennis is from Jaipur, we can say S is from Jaipur. 

So far, we know that, 

P → Bombay → Chess

S → Tennis → Jaipur

Q → Football

R → Cricket

Only cities left: Calcutta, Ahmedabad

From Statement 1, Calcutta person doesn't play Cricket But R plays Cricket, so R ≠ Calcutta So R must be from Ahmedabad and Q from Calcutta. 

Hence, we get the final configuration:

P → Bombay → Chess

S → Tennis → Jaipur

Q → Football → Calcutta

R → Cricket → Ahmedabad

The person from Ahmedabad plays Cricket.
