IBPS RRB Notification 2019-20 PDF
The IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has recently released the official detailed notification regarding the recruitment of IBPS RRB PO & Clerk.
We already know that IBPS Calendar 2018-19 was released some months ago. With the recently release of this notification, we can know the exam dates, application dates, eligibility and exam pattern clearly.

IBPS RRB Clerk Previous Papers
Important Points regarding the IBPS RRB 2019 Notification:
- The IBPS RRB PO prelims exam is going to be conducted on 03.08.2019, 04.08.2019
and 11.08.2019 and the mains exam is on 22.09.2019, followed by an Interview. - As like every this year too, there is only one exam for RRB officer scale-II and Scale-III followed by an interview.
- The RRB Clerk (Office Assistant) will have prelims on 17.08.2019,
18.08.2019 & 25.08.2019 and mains exam on 29.09.2019 and there is no interview. The candidates will be selected based on the mains exam score. - There are over 45 RRB (Regional Rural Banks) participating this year in this IBPS RRB Recruitment.
- Any candidate can apply for both the officer Scale-I (PO) and Office Assistant (multipurpose). However you can only apply one post among Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

IBPS RRB Eligibility:
Nationality
A candidate must be either –
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or Bhutan
(iii)Â a Tibetan Refugee (with the required conditions)
(iv)Â a person of Indian origin in other countries (following required conditions)
Age limit:
As on 01.06.2019
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager):
18-30 Years
Candidates should not have been born before 03.06.1989 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
18 years-28 years
Candidates should have not been born before 02.06.1991 and later than 01.06.2001 (both dates inclusive)
Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)
21-40 Years
Candidates should not have been born before n 03.06.1979 and later than 31.05.1998 (both dates inclusive)
Officer Scale- II (Manager)
21-32 Years
Candidates should not have been born before 03.06.1987 and later than 31.05.1998 (both dates inclusive)
Age Relaxation:
ST/SC Category: 5 years
OBC Category: 3 years
PWD Category: 10 years
Widows/Divorced Women: 9 Years
Ex-Service Men: Period of service+ 3 years
(Age relaxation is also available for some other candidates).
The candidates has to produce the relevant proof for age relaxation while interview or document verification process.

Education Qualification:
For Officer Scale- I & Office Assistant:
- Â The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute.
- Local Language proficiency
For Officer Scale- II:
For Scale-II General Manager post:
- The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute.
- Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Candidates need to get 50% Aggregate in their graduation.
For Specialist post:
- Required relevant degree with 1 or 2 years experience as stated in the notification.
- Some Discipline course candidates need to get 50% aggregate in their graduation.
For Officer Scale-III:
- The candidates must have got degree in any discipline from a recognised institute.
- 5 years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Candidates need to get 50% Aggregate in their graduation.
Application Fees:
SC/ST/PWD: Rs.100
General/OBC: Rs. 600
IBPS RRB Exam Patttern:
There will be sectional cutoff in mains exam for the all the exams.
You can take the test in either English/Hindi Language.
IBPS RRB Po (Officer Scale-I) exam pattern:
IBPS RRB Officer Scale-1 Prelims :
 Exam duration is 45 minutes. Penalty or Negative marking is 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The exam can be taken in either Hindi/English.
