Question 36

A car runs at a speed of 65 km/hr to reach its destination in 45 minutes. What should be its speed for it to reach the destination in 36 minutes?

Distance =$$ Speed \times Time= \frac{65 \times 45}{60} = \frac{65 \times 3}{4} km$$

If distance has to covered in 36 minutes , then

Speed = $$\frac{65 \times 3 \times 60}{4 \times 36}$$ = 81.25 km/h
