Solutions for Data Interpretation Questions for SSC CHSL:
Solutions:
1) Answer (B)
Height on 5th birthday = 110 cm
Height on 13th birthday = 160 cm
Increase in height = 160 – 110 = 50 cm
=> Ans – (B)
2) Answer (C)
Total exports from the three companies together in :
2011 = 3000 + 2000 + 4000 = 9000
2012 = 4000 + 2000 + 3000 = 9000
2013 = 3000 + 1000 + 1000 = 5000
2014 = 3000 + 4000 + 3000 = 10000
2015 = 3000 + 2000 + 1000 = 6000
Clearly, total exports in 2011 and 2012 are equal to 9000
=> Ans – (C)
3) Answer (C)
Total profit or loss in Rs. crore in last 5 years

Since, it is negative, thus loss of Rs. 50 crore
=> Ans – (C)

Total cost of mobiles = 88 \times 12000 = Rs. 10,56,000
Total cost of Cameras = 69 \times 9000 = Rs. 6,21,000
Total cost of TVs = 20 \times 47000 = Rs. 9,40,000
Total cost of Refrigerator = 82 \times 23000 = Rs. 18,86,000
Total cost of AC = 99 \times 23000 = Rs. 22,77,000
Total cost = 10,56,000 + 6,21,000 + 9,40,000 + 18,86,000 + 22,77,000 = Rs. 67,80,000
Total cost in lakhs = Rs 67.8 lakhs
=> Ans – (C)
5) Answer (D)
