$$5+3\times6-4\div2=4\times3-10\div2+7$$

from option 1

RHS = 14

IF we interchange 5 and 2 then it will come in fraction so not possible

now from option 2

LHS = 21

and by interchanging of 3and 7 in RHS we get 26 so not possible

now fron option 3

RHS = 14

now in LHS we interchange 6 and 4 we will get 14
