A number is divisible by 12 if it is divisible by both 3 and 4. The reason this is true is because 12 = 3 × 4.

Numbers are divisible by 3 if the sum of all the individual digits is evenly divisible by 3. = 15

if the number formed by the last two individual digits is evenly divisible by 4= 12 is divisble by 4
