We can say that N = $67^{225}$ mod $100$
$\Rightarrow$ N = $(67^{224}*67)$ mod $100$

Let $x$ be the two-digit number, $y$ be the three-digit number. Putting together the given, we have
$1000x + y = 9xy$
$\Rightarrow$ $9xy – 1000x – y = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $(9x – 1)(y – \dfrac{1000}{9})$ = $\dfrac{1000}{9}$
