Phase 3: Final Shortlist
Shortlisted candidates will go through a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI) at various locations like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The entire process will take half a day (either morning or afternoon). During this process, candidates will write an essay and then have the PI.
During the Personal Interview (PI), the panel will evaluate the candidate’s academics, general awareness, attitude, personality, and communication skills. They will also consider the quality of the candidate’s work experience to calculate the resume score based on their academic and professional qualifications.
After finishing the WAT and PI process, the overall scores will be determined based on how well you did in CAT 2022, PI, WAT, and your resume. Here are the weights assigned to each component for the final selection.
